Beyond Hello

Hi everyone! I’m Suveksha oli, nursing student from JAMK, and I’m super excited to be spending my practical placement with all of you here at Suvimäen Klubitalo!

Since I’ll be hanging around for a while, I figured I’d drop a proper intro so I’m not just ”that new person standing by the coffee machine looking lost” or hovering awkwardly near the lunch tables wondering where to sit!

A Quick Peak Into My World When I’m not buried under nursing textbooks, I’m usually burning dinners while attempting new recipes, going for peaceful walks in nature, or blasting loud music and busting out some moves in front of the mirror (I’ve loved dancing since I was a kid). I’m also a big sports fan, especially football, tennis, and volleyball.

I’m from Nepal, and I run on good conversations, bad jokes, and a strong cup of coffee. Plus, during my time here, I’m going to practice learning and carrying conversations in Finnish, so feel free to help me practice my suomi!

Why I Love It Already…TBH clinical hospital halls can be a bit formal. What I love about Suvimäen Klubitalo is that there are no white coats, no rigid labels, and no boring boundaries. Nursing to me is all about human connection, and this place gets it right focusing on community, strengths, and working together as an equal team.

I’m here to roll up my sleeves and dive right into the daily routine with you! Whether we’re Prepping something delicious in the kitchen, tackling daily tasks and paperwork together Or simply taking a coffee break and chatting about life.

My goal is to bring great energy, learn as much as I can from all of you, and be a friendly, supportive pair of hands.

Let’s make it a great few weeks! 🎉

See you around!

Suveksha
